When I got married to a guy with Crohn’s Disease, it didn’t stop me from cooking. It just made me more creative, and changed my preparation style. My recipes reflect the ingredients that work for us. At some point, I’ll expand this section to include a list of safe (by our standards, not a doctor’s) ingredients. Until then, you can expect the recipes here to include soy (no dairy), chicken, rice, pork, eggs, potatoes and basic seasonings.
